Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are custom made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to create, print, or engrave your item — this is separate from shipping/transit time.

Because every item is personalized, some orders may take longer than our standard processing window depending on:

• Complexity of the design or engraving

• Order volume/current demand

• Availability of materials

• Custom requests requiring additional production steps

If your order is expected to take longer than the standard 3–5 business days, we will do our best to notify you.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Cutoffs

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated processing times, custom orders occasionally require extra time to ensure quality and accuracy. We appreciate your patience — personalized items are worth the wait!
